Paule Pachter is a distinguished nonprofit leader with a 47-year career dedicated exclusively to serving the Long Island community. His extensive background spans mental health, developmental disabilities, healthcare, and five years in Nassau County government, culminating in a transformative 17.5-year tenure as President & CEO of Long Island Cares—The Harry Chapin Regional Food Bank. Now transitioning into a new chapter, Pachter continues his mission of service through public speaking, board leadership, and volunteerism. Through his new firm, Paule Pachter Consulting LLC, he leverages his decades of expertise to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to nonprofit organizations, ensuring they have the tools to make a lasting difference in the lives of those in need.

Nayeem Sayed is a senior business executive with over 25 years of experience across Fortune 100 companies, private equity ventures, and nonprofits. His career highlights include 15 years at GE Healthcare, leading marketing at Mortara Instrument, and scaling NAPA into the nation’s largest anesthesia management group.
Currently a Strategic Profitability Consulting Partner at ERA Group, he helps middle-market executives drive growth and operational efficiency. Deeply committed to community service, Nayeem serves on the board of Family & Children’s Association and previously raised over $1M for educational nonprofit VIBHA. He holds a Kellogg MBA and engineering degrees from Cleveland State and CET Pune.

Steve Kass brings 40 years of expertise aligning strategy, people, processes, and technology to drive organizational transformation. As Managing Director of Alignment Partners, he helps companies navigate the full business transformation lifecycle. Additionally, as an Enrolled Agent managing SMK Tax Associates, Steve represents individuals and businesses before federal and state tax authorities.
His extensive background includes 25 years as a Wall Street executive at firms like Lehman Brothers and The Bank of New York, alongside early experience as an auditor. Steve holds an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton. He currently serves on the BBR ALO Fund board and several non-profit boards.
