Paule Pachter is a distinguished nonprofit leader with a 47-year career dedicated exclusively to serving the Long Island community. His extensive background spans mental health, developmental disabilities, healthcare, and five years in Nassau County government, culminating in a transformative 17.5-year tenure as President & CEO of Long Island Cares—The Harry Chapin Regional Food Bank. Now transitioning into a new chapter, Pachter continues his mission of service through public speaking, board leadership, and volunteerism.
